Radius with IAS doesn’t accept users ..

Windows 2003 server was configured to secure our wireless network by installing IAS service.

ALL configuration were done but the problem was : when configuring the new remote access policy ;section :select the EAP type of this policy .when clicking Configure Button an error message appears: Windows dosent find a certificate to be used with EAp protocol..
I have already installed the both of certificate in the server and the client but i wonder may be the server dosent see the CA ..may be there is special locate for certificates..
So , any suggestion .????it s like an enigma!!
