Raid 5

OK, OK..I’m running Raid 5 on three 80GB Sata HDDs. I dual booted XP & Server 03. I made a mistake and partitioned the HDD 40GB & 40GB, not leaving any space for the 8MB that all windows saves. I added all the up dates to both OSes and installed some motherboard software that came with the PC. I then started to add Gears OF War and got an error DISC FULL. I know I didn’t use all the space, maybe 20GB max. So I tried to re-image but the keyboard and mouse stop working right when I need to press F8. I tried to reload and install raid but I get the same result. I tried to format each drive separately with no success. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks,
