RAID 5 Rebuild

HI

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to rebuild around 250gb of data after a hard drive replacement?

If it helps I have an HP ML110 server with a FASTRACK S150 hardware RAID array and I am using PAM to administer, users are also accessing data as it is our main file server.
