RAID 5 replacement disk identical to replaced disk

I have a Dell PowerEdge 600SC w/ Server 2000 SBS w/ 3 disk RAID 5 (Dell 3R277)ST380021A firmware 3.75 got an error and ordered a replacement disk (DELL XK786)ST380215A firmware 3.ADA. Will this create a problem for the RAID 5 array? Can I install this disk without fully destroying the array?
