RAID on DELL SERVER

I Have a dell server Poweredge 840.I can not Install windows, I use the Dell utilities but after configure the wizard and the disc start copying the files, the system send a msg “Uknow error, installation aborted”, if I try to install with out the Utilities and install only XP the computer freese when is formating the hard drive.
Any idea?
I have 2 disk.
