RAID on HP G3 350ML Server for Windows Server 2003 R2

I have a HP G3 350ML Server with 5HDD(72GB Each) in my office and I want to use Windows Server 2003 R2 for Active Directory, Domain Controller and Exchange Server on that. What is best available option for me to RAID? Can I use HotSwapping with RAID? Is it possible to use RAID1(2HDD)+RAID5(2HDD)+HotSwapp(1HDD) configuration?
