RAID problems – server hangs during mirroring

I use FastTrak TX2000 for RAID 1 mirroring with Windows 2000 server. The Windows server just hang while mirroring. Event no 9 shows up. The primary disk will show that it is being accessed but the 2nd disk where the copy is to be kept shows only the yellow – ok light. ihave changed the disks, the cables, the RAID card, and still does not work, what do i do ?
