Raid configuration

We have Hp Proliant server with 4 hard disks of 300GB. I want to configure raid so that 2 hard disks with mirroring (for Disk C “Windows OS”) and other 2 hard disks working individually (like Disk C, Disk D, Disk E). What raid configuration I have to create?
