Raptor Firewall

I am using Raptor Firewall 6.5 (NT). Increasingly, I’m having to stop and restart the Raptor Security Gateway Remote service in order to allow my users access to the Internet. Anyone know why this might be happening? I’ve checked the log file size and that doesn’t seem to be the problem.
