RAS connection stops local network logon

We have MS SBS 2K and 20 Win95, 2 Win98 and 3 Win2k users. 2 Win2k users connect via DUN to the RAS. After successful connection win95/98 users can no longer logon. We have to disable RAS to allow further win95/98 connections
