We’ve to work on the following application .

we wants to interlink our 3-4 offices in a star topology with 1 as a central PoP.
The central PoP can dial in/dial out to remote PoPs & same is the case with remote PoPs.
The central PoP can have simultaneous 8 connections at the max.
how can we connect all our offices
