Rational Rose on Windows XP

HI,
I have installed the evaluation version of Rational Rose Enterprise 2003 Edition in Windows XP Professional – SP2. Rational Rose crashes when i try to create a sequence diagram. Is it anything to with the UI ??
Please revert if any of you have a clue…i tried reinstalling which is of no use.
