RDP from XP Pro to Windows 2000 Server, NO LOCAL DRIVES?

Please excuse me, the question might be silly, but nonetheless: I use Windows XP Pro systems to remotely administrate Windows 2000 Server. Despite the perceived correct settings: clicking the box for drives at the tab|local resources|more, I have yet to be able to access the local drives.

I have tried using several different systems and the result is the same. I have scoured sources for any reference to this problem with no luck.

Is it a setting at the local system? At the server?

I can perform all normal functions once logged in at the server, I just can’t move file between systems.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
