RDP

There are multiple pc’s that access the network from home. They access the network through a VPN connection.We have just purchased new laptops. All the pc’s including the laptops are running xp pro. and the same version of the vpn client. But the laptops cannot access the network through RDP. We can however RDP from within the Network. The error received when trying to connect from outside of the network is “the connection to the remote computer was broken. this may have been caused by a network error. please try connecting to the remote again.”

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!
