Rdpntmvwdsprov

I was working on a friends computer at his house (yeah all my friends use me as free tech support too) and I came across this service in his list of services. It is named “Rdpntmvwdsprov” and is linked to netstat. Anyone ever heard of this one before? I have searched the internet and found no mention of it. I disabled it for now and also linked it to a user account that I then disabled as well.
