RE: MS exchange 2003 server

We are running MS exchage server wk3 along with AD wk3. We are on a domain networking with over 200 computers. Problem is items in the exchange public folder keeps getting delete one at at time for no reason. This just started and there hve not been any changes made to the server or exchange boxes. Anyone got any ideas? We have check permissions.
