Re – my previous question 14 / 3 /03

Thanks for the response that I have received re – my canon bubblejet bjc6100 printer. I have been advised to strip it down and clean and check it out. Can anybody tell me how to dismantle this as all I have managed to do is remove the outer cover but I could not see how to dismantle the inner components, I need to do this as the other suggestions have failed.
