Re reoute Internet Traffic

Hi. guys i am new to this amazing forum.now i am saudi arbia.recently i bought kaspesky internet security from India. here it is not activating “different region” problem. is there any way that i can re route my internet connection to India so i can activate this Kis. thanks in advance.
