Read a database with Pictures in HTML

Hello Developers,

I have got a problem designing a HTML-File witch reads data from an ACCESS-Databasefile. The Databasefile should contain txt-fields and Picture-Fields. Also should it be possible to search / navigate in the Databasefile from HTML.
Can somebody help me with this Problem?
