Read-Only attrubute on Windows XP Pro

Hi have this issue that all shares in windows xp pro are read-only. have try all ms website fixes but to no sucsess. I need to remove the read-only because the files needed to be copy to a new linux server. When copy to the linux server it is all read-only.To change 30GB of files one by one on linux is not a option.

Any advice,help will be appreihated
