Reading old format backup tapes

We converted from a Novell System to a Windows 2003 server in the process we switched backup software from Arcserve by CAI to Veritas. I would like to know if there is a company that provides a service to read the old format tapes and copy the some of the files to CD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
