Real time Server Backups

hi guys i work in daily newspapper i have two serve for backup servers i want to now does it have any automatically real time backup software ex. (if a save any *.doc or *.jpg or another file in first server real time to be automatically forwareded in the second server. I approciate any answer respect!!!
