RealAudio through ISA server

Hi there

I have Windows SBS 2000 server with 30 Win98/2000 clients. We have ADSL Internet connection through ISA server that works fine. However, when trying to listen Real Audio files,RealOne player comes with an error message and closes down. How ISA server and the clients should be configured in order to allow RealAudio files to go through?
