Realme x7 max MT6893Z/CZA

I recently purchased a Realme X7 max 5G which has the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 (MT6893). But when I was checking on some apps it shows MT6893Z/CZA in the system information. I checked the code name on Google and the results were about MediaTek dimesity 1100. I don’t know anything about how these names work so can someone explain why the app information is different from the actual Mediatek dimensity 1200(MT6893).
