Reassign COM port

I have a PC with a old modem. Remove the modem and inserted a new modem. I forgotten to remove the driver for the old modem before removing phycical of modem.

Now, Windows automatically assign COM1 (which isn’t on my Modem) to my new modem. I need to change COM1 to COM2 for this modem.

Any suggestion on how to do that?
