reboot computer after power failure

I am setting up our Win 2000 server with Back office on it. It will be attached to a UPS giving a min of 1hour life if the power fails.
My problem is that our factory works 24 hours per day and they need access to the server to perform their duties.
Does anyone know how to boot every thing back up again if the power is off for an extended period and the ups closes the server down.
I do not want to come in at 3:00 am just to turn the server on again!
