Rebulid a PC

I have over a couple of thousand computers to look after well me and the team.
What I wanted to know we are using a very old copy of ghost.
The one with the floppys and uploading a image from a pc to a server. Then cloning the rest of the computers with this image. Now this software old out of date and a bit of a pain when floppys no longer exist.(I hope)

I wanted to know if there anyother software which is easy to use and setup that can clone or ghost images or even something that installs software in an automated fashion.
