Rec’d Compaq Presario, are my Dell Dimension Ram sticks compatible?

I only have one 256K ram in my Dell Dimension 2300. info on module is 256 Module, 32×64-PC133 SDRam 16 pin Non ECC, 3.3v, 32×8.
the info on the 256K ram for the compaq Presario SR140 3WM is this..
256mb 32×64 400MHz DDR SDRam PC3200 184p DIMM 2.5v CL=3

That’s it! Sorry if this isn’t much, but I would like to take ram out of dell and place in compaq, if that is possible. If not, I will simply upgrade the compaq. Thank you very much for any info you have.
