Receive Email With Blank Body But Subject Is There .

i’m using outlook 2002 and my email server is Exchange 2010.Currently i always received an email from my colleague or outside email with blank body email but the attachment and subject is there.what acctually goes wrong with my outlook.Need someone to help me on this.thanks
