Has anyone had experience with these messages:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient’s email server. Please contact your system administrator.

Jon Doe on 11/5/2007 5:11 PM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.
On the first message I’m guessing this is coming from the person that we are trying to send to.
On the second one, we dont’ have an AD account for them so I believe this is a caching issue in outlook.
