reconnect at login

We are running a mostly W2K environment with 2000 server. I have around 5-6 users who are on XP home edition, whenever they reboot or cold boot the network drive will not reconnect and I will have to go in there and put in my admin password for the connection to re-establish. For the sake of having to run to people’s office and do this how can I make the connection re-establish itself. I have no problem with the 2000 users or a few 98 users that are still around as they always reconnect at startup.
