Recovering offline files

I believe I have a unique situation that I hope can be resolved. I have searched this site as well as others but can’t figure out what I might be doing wrong or if it is even possible. I had to restore the offline cache files using a data recovery software before I could try using csccmd1.1 to extract them but it does not seem to work when I try. The server share is no longer available and the backups have long since been erased. Is there anyway that these files can be restored from the cache files that I have?
