Recovering Toshiba Laptop

Have gone to through the process of recovering data from laptop, but I keep coming up with a page that says final configurations I can get out of it, but every time I turn laptop on it comes up again. How do I get rid of that page permantly. Everything has downloaded but it doesn’t seem to want to get rid of that page. Can anyone help?
