Redo The network.

In Windows XP pro. How do you completly refresh all network settings. I’ve got problems with one system that has had software loaded with no restore point created. Since then the network on only that PC has failed. I’ve tried to uninstall most of its network but there are items that won?t let you. I’ve also ran network wizard a few times with no luck. I can ping the machine and the loop ping is also fine. It can ping out also. Everything hardware seems to be in order the problem is with this one PC. Thanks
