REFLECTIONS (XTERM EMULATION) & MICROSOFT EXCHANGE STOPPED WORKING VIA VPN

I Recently switched over to a LINKSYS WIRELESS N Router. I am able to VPN into my company and invoke xterm windows which I used to do with my old DLINK ROUTER. But, the xterm windows hang or they disappear. Even micorsoft outlook has problems. It is unable to connect to the Microsoft exchange server. What do i need to change on LINKSYS’s Router. I disabled the firewall to isolate the problem but it wouldnt help.
