Refresh Window Explorer on NT but not NW

Whenever I move, copy, create, or delete files on my local or NT server, the list of files in Windows Explorers displays the change (refreshes automatically). Whenever I perform this same action on a drive mapped to a Netware server, I must press to get an updated list of changes. My Netware version is 5.0 SP6. My workstation is NT4.0 SP6. My Novell client is 4.71. Any help is geratly appreciated.
