Reg: Courses on servers

Hi ,

I am looking forward to do a course on servers. I have good knowledge on the networking side but weak in sever concepts. I am totally confused to go with either microsoft or redhat linux courses so that i could integrate my networking skills with the servers. kindly suggest me on this as which course would help me in the future.
