reg my higher studies

hi ……i hve finished be(cse)…..i hve decided to do my ms computer science abroad…….most of my freinds are adviced me to study in us….but am little woried abt the job prospects there…..whether most of them would get a job there after finished ms….one of my freind said that in australia they r provided the job assistance after finished ms…..am confused ….were to do my ms…..some body help me sir…..thanks in advance
