regarding a previous question

thx for answering but you ask about the sound and the come from the speaker, it is not the fan or hard drive. The real problem is the fact that when I open My Documents does open to desk.
If I open another file like C, it will go back to desk. I did a restore nothing has changed. I scan for viruses with symantec and nothing has been detected. Is there is something to do to correct the problem
