Regarding Autoresponder

We are managing an automatic SMS divertor through a software named velocity plus.

In that there is an exe called as autoresponder.exe which must be running at all times for the SMS delivery. But when we restart the server we are not able to start the sutoresponder alone. We tried putting the executable file in batch file but unsuccessful. We have started the velocity plus software but only the autoresponder exec from inside it we are not able to start.
