Regarding Microsoft Outlook 2003

Want to download mails from server 2003 inbox to the personal folder. Error I am getting in doing so is “.pst folder does not match with the .ost format”. I can download mails to personal folder on other desktop and the server itself but not on my LAPTOP. I have checked the settings and it is same on all the computers and my LAPTOP but problem stays the same. Currently, in order to get my mails into my personal folder I have to drag them from Server Inbox to Personal Inbox but they do not come to the Personal Inbox automatically
