regarding servera SAS hot swap harddisk fail

I have windows 2003 server installed.and there is three Sas Hot swap Hard disks with raid 5 configure.Now out of three one hard disk is fail.So And i add another Same hot swap hard disk,but now i have question tht how can i implement this hard drive with another 2 harddrive and take over the server.
