Regarding Symantec Web Security

Hi,

I have windows 2000 advanced server with active directory installed and also 30 Windows 2000 professional clients.I heard that if I installed the Symantec web security then I can restrict my users not to use internet and they have to take permission to access internet and opening even mail accounts.
But how I configure in Windows 2000 server and the also in the client.
