Regarding- To get a CCNA certificate

Respected Sir,
This is karthikeyan k. I did my CCNA exam om Aug 16th 2007. Also completed all the necessary steps like Certification tracking System and login to verify given mailing address and informations what u given.Three months are completed but till now i didnt get my CCNA certificate. What should i have to do? Please help me to get certificate.
