Regional Reservations System Design

Im designing a Regional reservations system and want to get some second opinions on cofiguration…. NT based 5 clients one NT server that provides dial out to each hotel (modem pool). Hotel system is unix based currently use powerterm (telnet emulator) to connect to hotels via modem now (single workstation)……Want server to connect to hotels and then workstations to be able to pull from server the telnet emulation of any hotel at more than one time….Any help will be appreciated…..Will send drawing via email.
