REGISTRY_ERROR

I formated my computer to reinstal windows xp.When i reinstal windows xp i put serial it instal but the computer crash and give me:

REGISTRY_ERROR
***STOP:0x00000051 (0x00000003,0x00000001,0x001e0000,0xe125de00)

Thanks in advance for answer I realy need to get this computer back to work for buisness.
