Registry hack to freeze Outlook’s Date received column for senior citizens

My elderly mother uses a version of Outlook on her PC and every time clicks wildly around the screen and changes her email view and then needs my help to restore email sort by Due Date – newest on top.

Please tell me how I can do a registry hack to freeze outlook “sort by Due Date – newest on top” column so she can’t change it by mistake? (Any version of outlook).
