Registry help IE 5.5

Using ieak 5.5 built ie to include restrictions to options tabs (no proxy changes etc.). Now techs need to get at these. Tried to load over top a build with no restrictions. They still appear. Uninstalled and went back to a 4.0 version – restrictions still appear. There must be a registry change that I can tweak to get this back? Please advise.
