REGISTRY HIVE(file): Error

Hi all,
i am using win2003 Standard Edition server , when i am restarting the server and loggin into it , it is giving the error below

windows Registry Hive Recovered :

Registry hive(file):SOFTWARE was corrupted and it has been revorved.Some data might have been lost.

Pls help me on this to resolve this issue.
