Registry Security

Our domain is restricting the use of registry editing tools for the typical user. I have keys that need to be added to current_user but since restricting reg tools, the registry settings can’t apply via regedit /i /s myregsettings.reg in a login script. Can anyone help me insert these settings while restricting the users ability to use registry tools?
